No previous install of anything Embarcadero on this machine, in fact it<br>
has been a pretty barren Windows 2008R2 server with only a single<br>
application for a few users.<br>

I guess I could uninstall / reinstall but I have a feeling I'll end up<br>
in the same place....<br>
