Did you restart iis application pool after you deployed new executable? If not, you need to. </div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427928560418_4004"><br clear="none"></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427928560418_4005">2. Check cache settings for the web app in iis. By default iis caches static pages, & wsdl could be counted as static pages.
