<div>Usually when we get people not receiving these it comes down to a few common reasons:</div>

<ol>
<li>It got caught in a spam filter</li><li>Your EDN account is set to not receive email from us.</li><li>We've screwed up when making the lists. </li></ol>
<div>I won't comment on the relative percentages of these, but for 2), you can check by: </div>
<ul>
<li>going to edn.embarcadero.com</li><li>Clicking My Account on the top of the page</li><li>Logging in if necessary</li><li>Selecting Change My Contact Preferences </li><li>Down the bottom of the page you'll see a section on Contact Preferences. Make sure the Contact Status is Enable Contact, and under that make sure that the Email section is ticked</li></ul>
<div>I would be keen to understand what happened specifically in this case, just to make sure it wasn't Option 3 above :-) Is this email address the one you're registered with in EDN? </div>
