<div dir="ltr">There are no breaking changes so you don't have to recompile packages. <div>If, during the uninstall you choose to leave the registry keys, then you will not have to install your components again. If you do decide to delete the registry entries, you will need to reinstall your components.</div>

<p class="MsoNormal">The RadStudio XE3 I have seems to be the base version without update1.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">It is “Embarcadero® Delphi® XE3 Version 17.0.4625.53395”<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">
