happened is it then downloaded update 3 which was a complete reinstall, and
Update 4 (according to Jolyon’s blog) looks to be on the way which looks to be
the same – is there a simple way to get a DVD that contains the updates, or a
server that has just the latest install files?</DIV>

<DIV>hint for Embarcadero: Updates could have an option to load over
the original download folder etc so that there is an easy way to get a repeating
installation for more than one screen, and for backups. Ideally I
would like to keep the install files on a backup drive or my HD in case of need
to do a reinstall – after all my work stops if Delphi stops working!
(it has stopped me from upgrading a PC in the past too).</DIV>
