What message does this send to anyone considering Delphi ? When a plumber

drawing attention to the fact that he’s good at fixing the leaks he leaves
behind when he first comes to do a job for you.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

option of getting quality in the product you have already paid for at a
reasonable price, and not be forced to pay through the nose for things you don’t
want or need to get what you should be entitled to as a matter of course.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
