Does anyone know of some nice .csv processing code. I need to process
a bunch of files that contain all the tricky stuff - embedded quotes,
commas and multi-line fields. TStringList.CommaText just isn't up to
the task. Basically I need a full implementation of <a
href="http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4180.txt">RFC 4180</a><br>
