2010 Enterprise running in a VM just choked on its own registration information
after I had to restart the VM, and now I can&#8217;t re-register using the
serial number because I&#8217;m told it is invalid or has expired.&nbsp; The
support site says 3 of 10 activations have been used which is puzzling and
worrying &#8211; it&#8217;s been installed successfully once and failed to activate
twice &#8211; it looks like the *<b>failed</b>* registrations have counted
against the activation limit!&nbsp; Which seems to be confirmed by the &#8220;activation
history&#8221; which presents me with only two downloadable registration TXT
files, date/time stamped on the occasions &nbsp;where activation was refused.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
