And yet again, didn't it get posted here that the teams working on the two things are different? The x-platform have x-platform skills and no 64-bit delphi guru skills and vs versa. Thats how I understand it. The x-platform team is just solving ostensibly a simplier problem (for them).<br>

Coming in very late to this topic but 64bit is huge for us also.<br>

Also, and within the context of cross platform support for the Mac OS,<br>
surely Delphi needs to go 64bit from the get-go as the Mac is<br>
predominantly 64bit and will be 100% 64bit by years end. The MAC OS will<br>
still support 32bit apps but why would one go down this route?<br>
