works and is reliable but includes a lot of extra tags in the markup which only
relate to layout and not content. The modern approach is to use CSS wherever
possible so the html source is cleaner. This becomes even more important if you
are wanting a CMS to let your users edit the content.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
