<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>1 - I Like to be able to move to
another version of Delphi with minimal fuss - When I moved to D2007 it
took around 1 hour for installing and setting up a small number
of freeware 3rd party components and get under way compiling :)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>2 - Wherever possible I try to do
everything with standard VCL, as almost every is there - I
generally prefer to go to later versions of Delphi rather than install many
add-ons as I find it more useful to have the newer components such as
XP themed/Vista themed components than 3rdparty components in
general...</FONT></DIV>

the standard IDE are very hard to discover.....for instance although I have
seen others demonstrate declaring a local variable while writing code in
D2006/D2007, I have never yet found out how to do it.<BR></DIV></FONT>
