overseas applicants basically fishing for jobs in NZ, and whose skills didn't
realistically meet the requirements of the job as advertised, and weren't

In the event of my departure or untimely demise, Catalyst would need a
replacement Delphi dev. <o:p></o:p></P>

hypothetical somebody in Auckland, Napier or Wellington so location would
