agreements - and from people's comments that seems also open to interpretation -
that in practice Borland/Codegear Embarcadero would take a pragmatic

comment that was made before seems to me to be the most definitive -
that is if a licence has never been used on a PC or for an upgrade,
that it is effectively unused and might be sold. No problems if in

previous comments I have seen here over the years about reinstalling
your current version of Delphi on a newer PC it seems most people find
