I still read MSDN Magazine, and used to check the Delphi Community Site once a week or so. Get NZ ComputerWorld delivered too.
As far as best practice style information, MSDN practices and patterns and MSDN webcasts are pretty hard to beat, although in that regard I think the Delphi Community site was well ahead of it's time, just that MS are putting real effort into it these days.
