<p>I'll make one. This wasn't super clear in the article. The 300 people</p>
<p>mentioned do NOT include the folks who are now part of the DTG</p>
<p>(Developer Tools Group. The thing we've been referring to as Devco), the</p>
<p>almost-independent division which will eventually be spun-off. I say</p>
<p>almost-independant as we still have a few people in transition roles</p>
<p>(they couldn't just walk away from prior responsibilities overnight),</p>
<p>but the plan is that from July 1, everyone in the DTG will be focussed</p>
<p>100% on DTG products, not ALM or DPG.</p>

<p>As to the plans for the DTG products and the spinoff, I'll be able to</p>
<p>share more at the Symposia. As to who the potential investors are, I</p>
<p>can't say. C'mon, I've been waiting for this to happen for years now,</p>
<p>I'm not about to get fired for leaking on the eve of it finally</p>
<p>happening :-) </p>

<p>Just to be really clear, the restructure does NOT affect the DTG.</p>
