I wrote in Delphi that gets some data and generates a file in a dir, and then
this is then downloaded from a webpage.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=328575719-19042006><FONT face=Arial size=2>Under windows 2000,
this process worked fine.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=328575719-19042006><FONT face=Arial size=2>BUT Under Win2K3, no
matter what I seem to try, I cant get the COM oject to create the file !!
I have gone as far as to say Everybody has full access to the folder, and this
makes not difference. I have noted that the folder is always readonly EVEN when
I force it to be writable. Even tryin to write the file to C drive didnt

security tie-down that MS have done, but wonderd if anyone else has has this or
a similar problem, and how you got a round it.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
