anybody is out there ATM, but I have a very strange problem.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

if I run it on one system (my development machine), then put it on my LapTop,
the dev. machine shows the exe using zero CPU as I would expect, BUT on the
laptop, its using 30% of hte CPU !!</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

identical systems, ones a a P4 HT 3gig with 1gig ram, the other is a Pentium
Centreno 1.6gig.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

512MB ram out of the laptop to bring it back to 256MB.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

thought tho, that this would have caused such an increase in CPU
