once in a while the PreviewModal will die on the very first launch.</FONT></DIV>

frequent if I attempt to use anything like Sleep, ProcessMessages, or event
looping through the forms to check for the existence of the form.</FONT></DIV>

issue with D6 and Quick Reports doing this. Maybe if you delete your .dcus
and do a build all? If not then try the latest version of Quick
Reports standard which I am pretty sure is a free
