create the database and tables if required and then update or insert the
rows. A little more trouble, but it makes installation and maintenance of
common data across the clients a snip. If written carefully it can be db
independent which allows operation across a wide range of environments (MSSQL,

to just creating the database and tables on the fly, is that a couple of tables
