funny problems with win XP sp1 if i turn off my dynalink adsl modem which is
configured as the gateway on the network.I cannot access my local servers or
network shares on other pc's - took a while to click as to what the problem was
caused by. As yet I have not experimented to find a proper

everytime I connected with the modem, no programs would start. Anything
already loaded would work fine, but trying to load any program just did
nothing, and after several minutes would say it couldn't find the exe
file. Shutting down wouldn't work either. I must have rebooted a
dozen times this morning. Lots of time wasted.</FONT></DIV>
