Hi All,

This one is a little different. An experienced Delphi programmer is 
looking at retirement over the next couple of years, and wants to pass 
on his work to another developer or firm.

The work is in Industrial Automation in the Steel Frame industry. The 
location is not important as the delivery is online to Australia and 
overseas.

The idea is for someone with another 10 - 20 years left in them.
