On first glance I read this as suggesting that the candidate is expected to work from home but there are are options to "Work from Work" if they really want to.  Marvellous!

Jay (who unfortunately has a dayjob that does not include any Delphi any more and will not be applying even though doing Delphi all day is very, very tempting)
