You need to purchase a code signing certification from a certification
authority. The tools to apply it against your installer are free, it can't
be done in Delphi. I used FinalBuilder to do it as I had my builds
automated.

I used this company many years ago when I was signing my products.

Gnostice was the PDF tooling we used but I haven't done Delphi commercially
for around six years and don't keep up with the latest offerings. Some
report engine might support out-of-the-box. I believe Delphi Praxis is
considered the go-to forum these days.
