[DUG] Issue with printing DLL

Hi all,
We have Delphi DLL which implements PDF documents creation.
Existing Delphi7 DLL (built with QuickReport5) called from Delphi app and from Windows service (written in C#) and works well in both cases.
Now we upgraded this DLL to Delphi Rio (10.3) and QuickReport6 and ... it works when it called from Delhi app but fails with access violation when it called from the Windows service.
Anybody faced similar issue?
