[DUG] Off-Topic: Android Developer

Hi,

anyone know of, or considers themselves a good Android developer?. We 
have a fairly simple Android Studio based app that I'm struggling with 
getting to work properly - custom push notification sounds on post 
Oreo/Pie devices. Maybe a simple fix, so initially may be just a few 
hours work. Possibly ongoing.
