Hello Tony,

I'm a long time lurker on this list and I'm hesitant to make this my first
post but your "hit by a bus scenario" is actually the reason for being of
our company, The Continuity Group.

Back in 2013 we saw that many members of the Australian Delphi community
were in a very similar situation to what you're describing, working solo
with long term clients and in many cases approaching retirement.

In response to this The Continuity Group was formed by Steve Arena, Mathias
Burbach and myself. Steve you may know as one of the primary Delphi
resellers in Australia and Mathias and I are both heavily involved with
ADUG having both been president at different times.

I'm not sure if this post is in violation of the list rules or not so for
now I'll just point people to our website for further information, although
I'll happily answer questions here if they're asked and the list moderators
don't mind.

We're currently working with Australian Delphi developers but I see no
reason why we couldn't work with NZ Delphi folks too.
