[DUG] Debugging console

Hi All.
I think I did ask this before but I cant find the email now.

I just re-converted a project from Delphi 2007 to 10.1 and since then every
time I run the project in debug mode, a debugging console loads.
I have take a quick look at the project properties and searched
for OutputDebugString but nothing gets returned.
Does anyone know what I need to do to turn this off? I dont have any 3rd
part tools like GExperts or CNPack installed.
