Wallace, unless you really want to write another online membership
application (because you think you have an idea that's way better than any
other), then the best solution is to use a commercial membership system,
such as https://www.memberplanet.com/ or others that you can find by do a
search.
The cost's are minimal (if you're going to have online access thru your own
code it's going to cost for hosting which will probably come out similar)
with none of the work or drama's associated with doing it yourself
(especially if you are new to it and it's even more complex if you are
thinking of doing online payments because that isn't the work of a moment).
If you want a project to learn stuff / add value, have it do stuff
specifically related to your club and interact with the membership system.
