I've used Site5 for nearly 10 years now. They have been very good.

My plan doesn't exist anymore ("Plan to end all plans") but I have multiple
domains on the one account and they can also do domain registration (which
I'm sure most do these days). Mine is 6.95 USD a month for 24 months.

You can also choose where your server is hosted from a list. Nothing in NZ
or AUS but have Singapore and Hong Kong options. Never had an issue with
speed, they perform maintenance occasionally but always give you notice
when it is occurring.

Mine is hosted on xanadu which is most likely in the US as there wasn't a
choice when I first signed up.
