[DUG] +/- Time offset selection

I need to offer a clock adjustment of + or - up to 24 hours with minutes and
seconds available.  I'm using Delphi 7.  What would be the best component to
use for this purpose.  A TDateTimePicker would work for positive times but
not negative times.

 

I suppose a separate Add or Subtract option could be used as a toggle in
front of a DateTimePicker?  Any other ideas?
