[DUG] Internationalisation

Hi, at my work we have been using Sisulizer for managing translations of
both Delphi and C# apps. I haven't used it personally, but the guy who does
it seems happy with it. I've also seen several roll-your-own translation
tools used and I really wouldn't recommend going that way☺
