[DUG] XE8 Update 1

I see there is an XE8 update 1 available, looks like there are two flavours – General Update 1, and Subscription Update 1 (which contains extras for those on software support).
So far seems to be just an installer, which downloads the files, and fails possibly because of FIrewall rules here.   
Anyone know if there is an update 1 ISO available and URL if known – it is generally safer to download that as there are several of us needing to install it...
