[DUG] Serial communications

Hi Rob,

I used to do a lot of programming direct to hardware, some of those were weird and unique items. 

I used TMS Async from tmssoftware quite successfully. It's reasonably cheap too. 

Haven't used that in years though so no idea if later Delphi releases now handles all that itself happily now or if there is still a need.
