OK You might also want to look at the TMS wheel thing also. Sorry but I don't remember the name of it.

No problem at all.  Your suggestion pointed me in the right direction.  
I found a TAdvSmoothSpinner which works like the Apple IOS date selector wheel.  It will do fine for now, so thanks a lot :)
