[DUG] Touch in Delphi XE2

Hi All

I have a windows app (VCL) written in XE 2 that I am trying to run on a 
surface under windows 10 in touch mode.  For some reason the popup 
keyboard is not auto popping when I enter a TEdit.  There is one edit 
control where it is working, this control has its password char set to 
'.'.  Changing the password char to another character '*' or clearing 
the password char stops the keyboard popping up.

Is there some some thing I need to do to get this working properly or is 
it broken?
