[DUG] Installing Delphi 7 onto laptop with no CD drive

It caches the entire install on C drive - msi thing apparently. You can
redirect to another drive if needed but it's annoying needed that much free
space.
The lib folder of XE8 is over 11GB.
The other platforms are to blame so installing without reduces the final
install but I'm pretty sure it still wants it 40GB up front regardless of
install options.
