[DUG] Installing Delphi 7 onto laptop with no CD drive

FYI - Having just checked my installs:

Delphi 7      : 331 MB
Delphi XE4 :     3 GB

+ a further approx 100MB of shared files (as installed by Delphi 5, 7 and
XE4 on this particular system).

This is for Professional SKU installs.  Enterprise/Architect may require
more but still I don't think it should make too big a dent in your 14GB,
but clearly Delphi 7 will consume significantly less than the XE versions.
