$299 isn't much - but if you already open your wallet and get your credit
card out, why not go for something proper like Visual Studio rather than a
dead-end toy tool?
At least learning c#, asp.net mvc, css, html5, javascript are all
technologies that are very worthwhile to know and master and will probably
stay very worthwhile for decades to come. I doubt elevate web builder will
be around for that long. Choosing web builder just because you are familiar
with ObjectPascal might not be the best option long term (for your career,
for help from community, for maintaining your site for years to come, etc).
I suggest you make a list of cons/pros for your choices and decide yourself.
