[DUG] TWebBrowser ... Navigation to the webpage was canceled

It may be how you are accessing the file.
just to check, you can doing    myWB.Navigate2('file://path/filename.xxx')
?  (I think its Navigate2)

I dont use TWebBrowser, I use TEmbeddedWebBrowser rather than TWebBrowser
which has a few more features.
