[DUG] Embarcadero emails

Careful. The last time I complained about this very thing (years ago -
some things never change, let alone improve) I got attacked for attacking
Embarcadero. Expecting merely competencey and adequacy somehow gets you a
reputation for being a whinger. Not unique to, but for some reason a
particularly noticeable problem in, the Delphi community. ;)

The excuse I got last time (and the time before that and the time before
that... ) was that "Marketing use a different mailing list than the
registered user list". i.e. the right hand making excuses for the left
hand as if there were no central, co-ordinating function available or even
imaginable.

Anyway, semi-rant-echo response to rant over. :)
