[DUG] Embarcadero emails

Is it just me or do other people get somewhat dismayed when you receive
emails from Embarcadero telling you about in this case "New features for
RAD/Delphi Application Development" and the whole thing is telling me about
a product I already own!!
Its a complete waist of resource and my time (having to read it). I don't
normally moan, but it seems a bit.....I hate to say it
but....incompetent....
This doesn't need to turn into a "yeah I think Embarcadero are stupid
because...." thing, but man, in my eyes, it does look good. my question is
"I am a registered user...how do you NOT know I am a registered user of the
product ??!!"

Anyway....rant over :-)
