[DUG] Win 8.1 XE6 and GExperts

It's part of Delphi XE6, should be in
%PROGRAMFILES%\Embarcadero\Studio\14.0\bin
Check that the file is there and that the bin folder is in your path (you
can type "set path" at a cmd prompt)
