As far as I understand, yes – back to about D2007 I think.  I have more versions of Delphi than I can shake a stick at (XE2,XE5,XE6).

Aside – its a pity there is not a way to donate an unused version to eg a student as part of the up and coming Delphi community.

Does Embarcadero still offer old versions of Delphi when purchasing the new version?
