[DUG] Delphi, glscene and new Haswell chip.

I have a former client getting back  to me about code I wrote in 2000 
with glscene which has bad mouse lag with 3D manipulation on computers 
with haswell cpus. I have  several suspicions about likely cause but 
worried that I cant find time to even give client a quote. I dont 
suppose there is anyone else working in this area?
