[DUG] Windows 7 OSVersion

Troubleshooting an unusual one – with XE5/XE7 a program calls TOSVersion.tostring to get the OS version.   On one PC only, instead of reporting Windows 7, it reports Windows XP SP2.
Anyone else come across anything similar?
