[DUG] Touch enabled DBGrid

I'm trying to make a VCL app more touch friendly, in particular I want to
be able to finger scroll DBGrids (like lists on Android or iOS).  I've
noticed that if you do a double flick it will scroll (even with inertia),
but I'd like to make this the default behaviour.

Has anyone had any success with this.  I've been playing with the touch
properties but with no success.
