Have you considered on-line course. I've just recently signed up for a
yearly subscription to Pluralsight. They offer a massive on-line library
of development courses. They have a section on Visual Studios but at the
same time they offer courses for C#, Javascript and a whole slab of
other related frameworks. A yearly subscription is cheaper than sending
one person to do a 5 day course.

The Pluralsight courses are of a high quality and well worth a look in.
