[DUG] HELP - XE3 and firebird

Continuing the saga - for the benefit of others.

At least on windows7- 64 bit.  No matter what you do, the firebird 
installer DOES NOT copy the gds32.dll into system32 (syswow64). You have 
to delete the interbase one and copy it manually.
