This link is referring to our recent development of OAuth for use with the Xero api.  We wouldn't have released the code to a link on the website as it represents Flow IP but I will discuss with Jolyon next week to determine its scale and we could possibly package it up for you.

Xero uses OAuth and I think there is a link to a sample Delphi app on their site.
