[DUG] Bulk Email Server

MailChimp <http://mailchimp.com/> is pretty good if you are sending to less
than 2000 people and fewer than emails 12000 per month as it is free (with
their logo in your email) and starts to cost money outside those
parameters.  Integration with their API is currently on my todo list.
